He has a rich experience of 18+ years in various industries like Banking, Insurance and Real Estate. Vikram has been at helm of Neev Buildtech from inception and has brought it to where it has. Vikram believes that, ‘Success is a journey and only happy customers can deliver that.’
Virender is an Engineer- Information Technology by qualification, and a marketer & entrepreneur by his DNA. Virender has a diverse experience of 2 decades in varied industries like Consultancy IT, Training and Real Estate. One of the co founders of Neev Buildtech, Virender’s Mantra towards his role is ‘Relationships are most valuable asset for any business & we should invest in building them.’
A Civil Engineer and Post Graduate in Construction Management from IIT Delhi, Chandrashekhar has 12+ years of experience in construction with some of the leading developers in real estate. He has spearheaded some of the mega residential projects in Delhi/NCR. ‘Quality is life of any residential project. But Quality is not just about material used or process followed, it is also about attitude of people working on the project’ is what Chadrasekhar believes in.
Nishant brings rich experience of 12+ years of diverse industries including real estate, FMCG, manufacturing, electronics, automobile and hospitality. With a keen eye that observes minutest details, Nishant ventured into Entrepreneurship. But only after holding strategic roles in large corporates, which helped Nishant understand nuances of construction industry. In the domain of construction, Nishant has played a leading role and delivered mega projects including projects with 2000+ homes as scope.
Besides construction, Nishant also brings in expertise in Government liaising for projects of any stature and size.
MBA in Sales & Marketing, Ankit has over 12 years experience in real estate and Market Research industry. He has played key roles with leading developers like DLF, Vatika and M3M. ‘Listening to clients is not less than a research.
